Can’t judge service yet. Haven’t been to job site yet. Only complaint I have is that check was sent back to me because mail carrier wouldn’t deliver because I didn’t put Apt. 1 on envelope. I used invoice address to a tee to send check and Apt 1 wasn’t on invoice. Suggested they add that.
PIAB is the best! Jake and David are very knowledgeable and courteous. The quality of the work was constant. We basically had them redo a large portion of the plumbing in our recently purchased short term rental. Now we have piece of mind that the water and sewer systems in our home are functioning at the highest level.
Jake came and installed a new pressure switch for the well which stopped the basement flooding. While here, I asked about replacing the kitchen faucet. This was done within a week. He was prompt and clean with the job. As I have said before, the company may not be the least expensive but they get the job done properly with no call backs. Thank you, Jake and Plumber in a Box.
