My alternator went out on my car on the 4th of February and Brandon had me fixed up the next day February 5th. He spoke to me on the phone and diagnosed the issues. He was Very kind, knowledgeable and professional ! He warranties his parts and his work by the date your car was worked on I have a 2018 dodge journey . He told me My part came with a lifetime warranty from the parts store and the work is warranted for a year if something goes wrong. We have a rental car company in NC, we had a van in Pigeon Forge break down with bad alternator. I found Brandon on google, called him and he had the van repaired in less than 2 hours from call. Great communication, fair price for last minute help on a Friday. I recommend Brandon for anyone in or traveling in that area.

Brandon was very helpful and professional. This was a very last minute situation where we needed a Camshaft Sensor replaced. We are only on vacation for 4 days total and he came out and fixed it on the second day. He saved the rest of our vacation and to say we are grateful is an understatement. If you have your check engine light on, get a diagnostic check at your local O’Reilly and give him a call. Thank you Brandon!
