This company hires some of the most amazing people. We had four of their employees at my mom‘s house fixing my mom‘s furnace. My five-year-old was concerned that grandma was home by herself and there was an odd truck there so we walked over to my mom‘s and she said to one of the guys hey what are you doing? They let her get right there with them. They were amazing. They tried explaining to digital five-year-old what they were doing these guys were beyond amazing. Johanna’s always goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever asked them to do, but this was especially above and beyond.

Amazing service! Highly recommend! They assisted us troubleshooting via phone and when it wasn't able to be done by us, they were prompt and efficient coming out to take a look and fix it! Product tips were given and will come in handy! Eric, thank you for giving us a hand.

Good experience with Bohanan. They spoke to me after hours via text and then sent out a technician first thing in the morning. He was very professional, kind, and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend them.
