“I’m a huge fan of Roto Rooter and their services. They’re very prompt and professional. Unfortunately I’ve had to use their weekend services 2 Saturdays in a row now. My mother had a clogged drain at her house last week which took 75ft of snake to clean out and today I had a 90 degree fitting crack and leak in my utility room. Both were repaired quickly and at a very reasonable weekend hours fee we were happy to pay. Don’t waste time or money calling these over priced plumbers call Roto Rooter.
A few years ago I had a leaking water line and Roto Rooter came out on a Monday and repaired it for me. However the part failed and my wife’s craft became flooded. This happened late on a Saturday night so a Roto Rooter came promptly on Sunday and repaired the failed part with a new one. Now this is where Philip Harbin went way above the expected service and I still hold him in High Esteem. We were fine with just having the carpet cleaned and dried out but Mr. Harbin insisted on replacing it with new laminate flooring. We’re forever grateful for his actions and he definitely went way above in customer service. Thank you Mr Harbin and thank you to your entire Roto Rooter Team!”
