Not sure of the names of the 2 gentleman who came to my home today but they were so nice !! Got the job done professionally and very quick. It cost way less then I was expecting. I highly recommend Roto Rooter !

Roto Rooter was very quick to respond when we called them. We had called another company to pump our septic tank but they were unable to locate our septic tank. Tim and Jose were very professional they tried to find the septic tank using a probe. Then they decided they had to use the camera. We were all surprised at the location of our septic tank! However, they found it quickly and marked it with spray paint! Excellent service! I would highly recommend both Jose and Tim for your septic needs! Thank you for being quick to respond to our emergency!

Very friendly folks in the front office answering the phones. Matthew came out and did an excellent job pumping and inspecting our septic. We just bought this house and the septic lid had been covered (most likely) since installed in 1987. Matthew found the lid and dug out a perfect square where it was...like he had x-ray vision. I'm impressed, and will use them again in the future.
