Fabulous and professional from their front desk to their vets. They were able to help with an emergency and get my mare out of pain. Previously I was not even a regular client but will be from now on.
Pinnacle Equine Hospital was so accommodating when I called to schedule a PPE for a horse I was driving fours hours to see!!From my first interaction with Mary Beth over the phone, to speaking to Dr. Hannah, to Allie assisting Dr. Hannah- my experience was nothing but first class.Kind, down-to-earth, honest, punctual, patient are some of the words that came to my mind regarding my experience.Thank you Mary Beth, Dr. Hannah, and Allie for all of your help!!
This is the best equine dental practice that I have found in Knoxville. I wouldn't trust my horses to anyone but them. Mary Beth is always prompt to answer the phone or respond to emails.
