Tennova Healthcare provides medical care with kind and helpful staff who explain everything during testing. The facility is professional, with doctors and staff taking good care of patients, including elderly ones, and parking is no problem. Patients are registered, triaged, and seen in great time, with CT labs and doctors returning to explain results. Some visits, like annual checkups, are quick. One doctor, Sarwat Masud MD, and the staff are amazing and nice, making patients enjoy coming to see them. However, there are issues with receptionists who do not know what they are doing, giving wrong directions to different floors and buildings for appointments, such as sending a patient to the wrong location for a urologist. This raises concerns about the ER quality. Overall, Tennova has good doctors to trust, but the reception and directions inside the facility are lousy.
I am a P.A. for an elderly patient. The doctor, the staff and all the rest were very professional and helpful. My friend was well taken care of. Also, parking was no problem. Kudos to this facility!
I took my mom there here 3 months ago and she up in the age and she has not been seen i. So log to a doctor. Her doctor returned and she had to find a doctor and Tennava doctor Sarwat Masud MD and the staff if so amazing and nice to my mother she enjoys coming to see them every time. My urologist Adam Shrewsbury is very good here but the staff the receptionist they do not know what they are doing here!!
They kept telling me to go to wrong floors to go to my doctor's appointment they knew that my doctor was indeed a surgeon a urologist and the physicians plaza a is where I was supposed to go they were telling me to go on this elevator go on that elevator go down to sidewalk to the next building they do not know what they are doing here so if they don't know what they're doing here just imagine how crappy the ER would be here I would not come here unless you have a good doctor that you can trust..
