“After initial visit, I would say all staff members were very friendly and really seem to love the animals. The waiting area wasn't crowded with a lot of pets waiting to be seen (which is nice when you have a rambunctious labrador). Dr. Black performed a thorough exam and provided a detailed health report. She is very personable and easy to talk to, as are the techs.“

“I have been going to Rocky Hill for a little over a year and they have been nothing but amazing. I have a very sensitive rescue dog that needs a little extra attention. On my first visit, I knew I would have to do everything in my power to make this my forever vet. The vet tech who first met Neyla got on the floor and made sure my dog was comfortable with him before proceeding with the visit. Dr. Jeter was the first one to see us and I felt like he truly cared about us and wanted to come up with a solution that would work for us. He helped prescribe medication and we discussed a diet that would ultimately turn my dog into the dog I always knew she could be. Dr. Jeter has taken time to call me and discuss issues/prescribe medicine over the phone when I am out of town. You can almost always call Rocky Hill and get an appt. same day or the next without any issues. Every single time I call I get the help I need, and I feel they truly care about every animal and genuinely want to help. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Christie and she was exceptional as well. Rocky Hill is a place I can always count on regardless of the circumstances and they will always be eager to help. “This is by far the best vet clinic I have taken my dog to. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They try their absolute best to ensure my dog is comfortable throughout the entire visit. They listen to all of my concerns and are knowledgeable when answering questions. I also appreciate their fast response times for pharmacy request, etc.“
“Well when we got there I thought we were going to have to stand there giving them information that honestly could have waited to be given till after my dog was being seen and cared for. You also would have thought they actually weren't that big fans of animals after all as they seemed almost bored and unconcerned about our issue but the vets who actually took care of her, my dog, were thorough and polite. She has to stay there over night and we are expecting a bill of $1,500 which couldn't come at a worse time but hopefully it is worth it as far as there level of care and making sure she is alright as our fur-babies are family and mean a lot to us“

“Staff is SO sweet and you can tell they truly care. After we had to put our cat to sleep, the vets sent us a sympathy card with hand written messages. We have never had to wait long for a check up or anything. Couldn’t recommend enough!“
