“Dr. Bristol and her vet assistant are always so kind and gentle. Dr. Bristol always gives us so much information and answers all of our questions, it makes me feel comfortable knowing Belle is getting the best care. I also like the texting about test updates and such, with my job phone calls are just not feasible but I can text and I like having that information in hard copy.”
“My little Chihuahua damaged her leg when we were visiting family in TN. We were able to get an appointment the day after we called. “Dr. Jack” and his staff were especially kind. He diagnosed the issue (torn ACL), gave me options and I chose surgery. When we picked Annie up, Dr Jack allowed me to video his oral instructions so I wouldn’t miss or forget anything. He explained everything in detail and even called days after we returned to NM to see how Annie was doing. Our vet here in NM has examined Annie and said Dr Jack did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!!”
“Veterinarian answered all my questions. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Fairly easy to get an appointment if you don't wait till last minute. Not expensive in my opinion to know my pet family member is taken care of.”
