We had some brake issues at the end of our trip to Pigeon Forge. Alex took our call first thing in the morning (on a Saturday!) and worked through the day to get our brakes fixed the same day so that we could drive home on schedule. Alex was very knowledgeable and he did great work. We just wish that he lived closer to us so that we could go to him for all of our car repairs and maintenance in the future! If you are having car issues in Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend giving him a call.
