Jason and Steve helped us out TWICE recently. First, when a connection with the hot water heater sprang a leak and my usual plumber informed me that he wouldn't be able to make a service call for weeks. After calling Hometown Hero, Jason came out the same day to assess the problem. Jason immediately set up an appointment for the NEXT DAY, when Steve came out on time and fixed the problem within an hour. More recently, both Steve and Jason came out to repair a low-pressure flow at our kitchen faucet. In both cases, Jason and Steve showed their knowledge and skill.
