This was the most seamless repair experience I've ever encountered. Austin Farmer was at my house within an hour of my request and diagnosed then replaced the capacitor on my heat pump. He took the time to explain what was needed and successfully completed the repair in record time. It was a real pleasure to have such a knowledgeable and pleasant person in my home!
