Exceptional customer service! Scott came and placed a dead bolt on my front door. The locksmith who was originally scheduled had a death in the family (keep them in prayer). However, they promptly arranged for someone to come in his place in order to ensure my deadbolt was installed on today! They never even checked to see if they could move the appointment, just made it happen. That is customer service at its finest. This is not the first time we've used Crocker Locksmith, they never disappoint! Always friendly and professional! If you need Locksmith Service, this is the place!!
My car key fob stopped working unexpectedly. Crocker Locksmith replaced and programmed my car key fob and did an excellent job. The technician was friendly and professional. I made a same day appointment. Customer service was amazing, very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Crocker Locksmith.
Cane out to the house. Was there when they said he would be on time. Was very quick and solve the problem within 30 minutes which including cutting and programming the new key flob. Highly recommend these guys!
