I have been going to Arcade Barbershop in Oak Ridge for years. Jim is the last man standing. He recently moved his operations to Knoxville at 10547 Kingston Pike inside a hair salon. Due to Covid he has moved to phone reservations but you can walk up and he will work you in if possible.Service: Haircut
