First, This is an absolutely stunning studio! Second, the owner, Codi and other instructor, Belle are incredibly kind and amazing teachers. I was so nervous about going back to Pilates after a long break. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable from the first time I walked inside! I wasn’t nervous during class. Everything about this place is calming. Everyone has to join! You will be so happy you did!!

I went for my first session with Carolyn today and it was AMAZING! She’s a great teacher and was so kind and understanding (it was my first-ever Pilates class) and I left feeling amazing. I’m so excited to come back!

All of the teachers at The Pilates Mill are classically trained and are amazing. I had both private, semi-private and class sessions and provided a great workout. Suggest a private session to start!
