I had a completely fantastic experience from start to finish. Tamara is just lovely, very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I was immediately put at ease. She went to great lengths to pick the right color and set expectations. Her salon is petite, but perfect (though I did need a sweater, but I'm always cold). She is very careful about cleanliness. I could tell how important it was to her that I was pleased. She listened and explained things well. She is a talented artist and cares about her work.
