Whoever I spoke to was so nice and friendly and easy to work with, gave wonderful suggestions and offered to send pictures of what they had on hand. We had an excellent experience at Lotus Floral Shop today! Outstanding customer service. We needed a last minute bouquet for homecoming and although we did not make an order in advance, they allowed us to put together our own bouquet and worked with us to make a great boutonniere. Reasonably priced, beautiful, and great help from the owner & his mother despite a big rush! Highly recommend coming here for your floral needs.
