Josh saved the day! We were having issues with our A/C unit and had originally called a different A/C service company. After the other company spent an hour inspecting our unit, they determined we needed a repair to the tune of $2500. We didn't have a good feeling about the cost or the way the repair was communicated (lots of technical words and acting as if our Lennox unit was not what most people had in the South ??) We called Comfort Engineered Systems and Josh was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a clogged water line. Total cost was a fraction of what the other guy stated. Our experience with Comfort Engineered Systems was excellent! We had Dave Williams as our HVAC technician. We had a problem that took a bit of diagnostics to determine what was going on and Dave handled it like a champ. He diagnosed the problem which was due to a voltage short which ultimately impacted circuit boards on our HVAC. Comfort Engineered Systems ordered the parts and and contacted us to schedule the follow up appointment to fix the problem. Dave serviced the HVAC again and quickly fixed the problem. He was knowledgable, patient, and willing to answer questions/help us in any way.

From their professionals who answer the phones and schedule (plus more) to the people in their new system/parts area to their professionals in the field who service and repair the HVAC systems, they are all caring, hardworking and excellent.
