Uh, called to make an appointment and when he heard I was calling for a car wash, he just hung up on me. So, not great on the customer service I’d say.

I never leave reviews, but after my experience with Wright Wash Mobile today I felt inclined to. I contacted Kareem about the $250 Gold package detail for my SUV. In the end I was left with my 3rd row completely untouched, not vacuumed, no seat cleaning, filthy cup holders. The 3 back windows were not cleaned on the inside- hand prints still everywhere. In fact every window of mine was left either dirty or with streak marks. My two side mirror were left dirty. Every screen or clear dashboard also had streak makes. No vacuuming under any seats or in between them. My floor mats were sopping wet and when I went to take them out, they poured out dirty water from the corners.... read full review
