I'm a big believer in that a company treats a potential customer better than they'll treat someone who already is a customer. So when you are treated poorly by a company as a when you are a potential customer it becomes alarming and says to me they don't and won't care about me after they get my money either. For Mother's Day 2018 they hosted a giveaway - their social media person happened to be a friend of mine and she made me aware of it. I enter this contest and followed all the required steps, and I went beyond that and started watching their live videos and telling others about this new place, tagging them on Facebook, just helping promote and increase their social media activity in small ways. Well the contest didn't get much attention I think 3 people total entered, and one was the social media girl. So my chances to win were 50/50. So I called my mom and told her that she should come to Nashville for Mother's Day, I think I may have this awesome gift and I'll know back soon. Well the day to select a winner comes and passes. More days pass so I reach out, I hear back that the company didn't get enough attention from the giveaway so they refuse to give out the prizes at all. I had ever intention of buying a similar package to the prize to spend the entire day with my mom, I also planned to tip the amount the package was worth at the end because that's how I do business however, instead I felt like they didn't care about me or any potential customers, they only wanted social media followers and attention. I never even got an apology from the company.

In from out of town and scheduled a massage. Donna was wonderful, therapeutic and well worth the visit. Sadly I would have to fly back for a repeat appt. highly recommend.
