Highly recommend! I had a massage and used the sound room at Wholesome Health Lounge earlier this week, and it was just what I needed! I was pretty tense from an out of state move, and really benefited from the massage therapist assisting me with breathing techniques then helping loosen up muscles through my neck and shoulders. Everyone was kind and professional- I will definitely be back!

This place is one of Nashville's best kept secrets! Kat and Marilou are hands down the nicest, intelligent, well-informed and most pleasant ladies I've ever met. They are educated, innovative and passionate about their work and the needs of their clients. I enjoy the vibe I get from each visit!! I love this place!

I booked a 60 minute deep tissue and hot stone massage and I left there a new man. The environment inside was amazing. Absolutely comfortable and I escaped from my reality. Everyone there made me feel comfortable before my appointment!
