I’ve used West End Alterations twice and have been extremely satisfied both times. The pricing is reasonable, and the quality of work is excellent. I had a last-minute request, and despite being busy and working alone, she was very accommodating and had my alterations done the same day. Highly recommend for great service and professionalism.

Tina is great!! I dropped a dress off Thursday afternoon and needed the neckline restitched after a bad alteration experience. She was extremely quick and it looks even better than the original! They only take cash or check so make sure you have that when you drop off/pick up to payService: General repairs

I needed holes in two delicate tops repaired, straps on a jumpsuit shortened, and some kind of closure for a dress that gaped open in the back. I found the prices incredibly reasonable: the hole repairs were $8 each for instance. All of my garments turned out great! Moreover, the owner/tailor is completely forthright about the prices. When I explained the gaping dress situation, she said she could attach 3 hook closures, which would be $21 since they cost $7 each. When I tried the dress on for her, she said two should be fine & it would be $14. She easily could have insisted on the original 3 to make more money, but didn't.
