Tina is great!! I dropped a dress off Thursday afternoon and needed the neckline restitched after a bad alteration experience. She was extremely quick and it looks even better than the original! I needed holes in two delicate tops repaired, straps on a jumpsuit shortened, and some kind of closure for a dress that gaped open in the back. I found the prices incredibly reasonable: the hole repairs were $8 each for instance. All of my garments turned out great! Moreover, the owner/tailor is completely forthright about the prices. When I explained the gaping dress situation, she said she could attach 3 hook closures, which would be $21 since they cost $7 each. When I tried the dress on for her, she said two should be fine & it would be $14. She easily could have insisted on the original 3 to make more money, but didn't. I've had one thing done here prior and it was a very simple alteration. I could've done it myself, but didn't want to chance it. So, I was satisfied with that. I went in again today to get some jeans patched. I took one star off for professionalism. Whenever I enter her shop, she's talking on the phone for a personal reason.Yesterday, she had her pharmacist on speaker. Even after I sat down to wait (I was the only person), she continued to talk to him for 10min about her personal medical history. Akward and disrespectful of my time.
