In addition to a first rate, beautiful product delivered exactly the way they said it would, this team is incredibly responsive, kind and empathetic to any question, maintenance item or rare mechanical issue that arises. I'm a competitor and I can only say good things about this company.. there's many others in the business that give the good ones a bad name.
They don't deserve the bad reviews they've gotten at all.
If we can't get to you, we'd definitely recommend Waterscapes to build your pool.

I’ve owned and/or had in-ground pools built in homes I’ve owned from California to Maryland. I contracted with Waterscapes Backyard Resorts of Nashville TN., to design, build and maintain my 65,000 gallon in-ground pool, oversized hot tub and waterfall/fire features, and they are WITHOUT a doubt, the best pool contractor I have ever worked with.It was a complicated build with changes on-the-fly, but they were honest, ethical and fair (fantastically so) from start to finish. Even during this CRAZY pandemic plagued, supply-chain collapsed and economically downturned time. John, their construction Superintendent, was a God send.For anyone looking for a high quality, honest company to build their backyard resort, and who has patience and understands the complications of the process, I have no hesitation giving them a five star rating.Services: Hot tub equipment maintenance
