I have a pool and spillover spa with rock facade that needed resurfacing knowing there were also going to be some crack/leak issues we would run into. There are not many companies that would take on that work knowing this, but Mike did. We unsurprisingly ran into the known and some unknown issues, but at each step Mike reviewed the issue, discussed options, and moved forward with shared solution.Mike always did what he said and stayed in communication. I could envision some companies running away when it got difficult, but Mike kept showing up until the job was completed to both my and his satisfaction. Would recommend.

Mike is intensely reliable and knows his pool stuff as well as anyone and better than most of the factory reps. Did a great hot tub spa add on to my existing pool and got me thru the big freeze unscathed.
