Vibes are IMMACULATE at the GreenHills Mall location. Bryan & Dr. Costello were so kind, thorough, personable. They didn’t ask me to write this I’m doing it because it was such an easy, fun and high vibe experience. 10/10 recommend!!!
Warby Parker @ Green Hills Mall was very helpful to me today when I went to check on new glasses. The staff is attentive and answered my questions. My order was completed quickly and efficiently.
I purchased frames from Warby Parker online before, but this time I wanted to try on the frames in a store. I visited the store in Greenhills in Nashville. Parking was difficult as it was very crowded and there was a fairly long walk to get to the store in the lower level of the mall. But once I arrived, everything went flawlessly. There was lots of choices for frames that all look good to me. The staff was very helpful and helping me choose my frames and making what I thought were good suggestions. I gave them my prescription and was able to order the frames And finish my transaction quickly. Felt better than other eyeglasses stores I visited in the past. Probably not... read full review
