Unbelievable!! You guys, I literally can not go on and on enough about this salon. I had a hair dresser cancel for my wedding 10 days before (UNRELATED TO VOLII) and these girls literally came to my rescue!!! Squeezing me into their busy schedules and accommodating me for my big day! Literally one of the stylists even did my hair until 2AM the night before my wedding to make sure it was everything I dreamed of! This salon is SO next level, SO amazing, and I could go on and on about how the girls are unbelieavably talented, but they also CARE about the client!!! They are queens for real!!! I have so much trust and respect for this salon!!

I had an amazing experience with Lauren who was so kind after dealing with a hair disaster from a different salon. She took one look at everything and knew exactly how to help.
Amazingly, Lauren was able to blend the layers from the bad cut, correct the brassy tones, and bring back the creamy blondes I love. Great eye, very experienced, highly recommended.

I had a great experience in the studio, but after leaving, the communication and customer service have been very disappointing. I reached out twice asking for someone to please contact me because I had concerns about the color of my hair. Unfortunately, no one ever responded, and the lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating.
I also ended up being charged over $100 more than expected, without any clarification or discussion ahead of time. I understand that services can vary in price, but I wish the communication around that had been clearer.

Dena is AMAZING! I recently moved to Nashville by way of NYC and have to say Dena is the best in the business. A true artist who wants to execute your vision. She truly listened as I fumbled through explaining what I dream of - she got me almost all the way there while thoughtfully explaining the process to get there 100% while maintaining the health of my hair.

I want to start this by saying I tried to work with Carachele before I posted this review. I missed a shift at work to go in and have my hair fixed and when she didn’t, I asked her to reimburse me the cost of the services to cover what I have to pay to have my color corrected and received no answer. After my first appointment, I noticed very prominent orange lines close to my scalp near my temples on both sides. I contacted carachele and she offered to have me come in to correct it. She originally told me one time and then answered me about a day later and said she wasn’t available until a week later to fix it. I switched my work schedule around and went in. She said that the color must have been from product that was on the bowl where she shampooed me. The color was very close to my scalp on the top of my head. I clarified this with her when I was in the salon to be sure she knew what I was there to have corrected. At the correction appointment she only did a toner and it did nothing to the orange lines in my hair. I messaged her when I got home as I didn’t feel comfort to look that closely at my hair in the salon as she was rushing me out. I received no response. The lines are from her diluting the bleach used to lighten my hair that bled from the foils and is about $500 to correct. Just to add, I book for a partial and she charged me for a full without any discussion of the difference. I told her I didn’t want a cut but she said she would just trim the ends because she did some damage with the color and then charged me $200 for a haircut. My $400 appointment turned into $700 and now I get to pay to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
