After almost 2 months of calling, emailing, and paperwork appointments I finally got my first OB appointment scheduled only to find out the day of they had no intentions of providing an ultrasound and never had the intention until significantly later into my pregnancy. With a history of miscarriages and PCOS as well as Endometriosis it is imperative I receive adequate, constant care with check ins for baby to ensure a healthy pregnancy. They planned to give me my first scan a week after the end of my 1st trimester while the entirety of the months leading up left me to deal with HG nausea unmediated to the point I had to turn to my local emergency room. This being my 1st pregnancy I feel like I was severely uneducated by the staff in the appointment procedures and expectations which in turn gave a significant amount of stress. I will not be returning to this facility even if it was quite literally my last option. Had this had been stated prior my reaction would’ve been different, however, I was woefully unprepared for the lack of communication, appointment availability, and quality of care. My experience with Vinehill Clinic has been excellent overall!! Once it took me about only a minute to be seen by a doctor!

Its very sad that I have had 4 children with the same midwives and there are a few of them that are great and go above and beyond then there is one secretary that does a great job to hes the one at the front desk at vine hill thats bilingual other than that ive had an issue with every secretary's attitude. They reschedule me and i have been unable to get adequate care or adrquate care for my 1 week old daughter because of them. I have recorded phone calls of them scheduling me appointments and then later calling me to confirm some other date and then having attitudes with me about it. I have been hit by doors and told by the director it was my fault. I do not reccomend this place and am currently looking into taking out lawsuits. Seriously if you want to a chance of not dying or your child not dying i definately would not go here. Im even saying this through tears because there are some like i said that go above and beyond but sadly its not worth the risk anymore.

I heard great things about this place from a friend and decided on a midwife instead of a regular OB. I liked the OB I was seeing, but heard so highly of experiences with midwives that I knew it was something I wanted to try. I called to schedule an appointment & was told since I was coming from another doctor that I would need to speak with someone named Amber who would I guess verify that I was good to make the change. She asked me a few questions and answered mine and I scheduled an appt with her over the phone for Thursday at 9am. I wrote the date and time down on my notepad as soon as she told me the soonest they could get me in. Fast forward a week to the day of my appointment. I arrive promptly at 8:40 and wait until 8:50 to go in. I am told to write my name down to check in, then, as I am doing so, am told by someone else that I don't need to do that, she can check me in herself. I scribble my name out and give her my information. She is looking at her computer screen intently and then cannot find me. She verifies my last name again and asks me what time my I appointment was scheduled for. I told her "9 am." She looks a bit more and says, "Oh, there you are. Your appointment was at 8." I told her no, it wasn't, I wouldn't have made an appointment for 8 because I live an hour away and traffic at that time would be too much to fight. She then picks up the phone and calls someone telling them I am here but I am late because my appointment was at 8 am (FALSE). She then hangs up and tells me she is sorry, there is nothing she can do because my appointment was at 8 am. I tell her again, "no it was not. The appointment was at 9, I would not have made an appointment for 8am because I live so far away." I then said, "Do you guys not call your patients when they don't show?" She asks, "What do you mean?" I said, "Well according to you, my appt was at 8, which would mean I was a no show. Do you not call your patients to see if they are on their way or just not coming?" She didn't know what to say. Then she musters up, "Well, we call to confirm the appt prior to." I said, "Oh really? Because I never got a call confirming that, otherwise I would have showed up at the correct time. Do you guys keep record of that confirmation?" She tells me yes and proceeds to look for it. She then tells me, "actually, no one ever confirmed your appointment.." (Really?! No kidding!) I ask, "do you guys always confirm your appointments?" She tells me "yes" and I reply "Ah...just not this time, right?" She then tells me, well, we give you an extra 20 minutes to get here." Well that doesn't help me much if my appointment wasn't when you say it was, does it? I then ask if there is someone I can speak to about this mess up because I am 14 weeks pregnant and still have not even had blood work done. She looks at me, gives me a "yeah right, what kind of place do you think this is" grin and says I already spoke with the head nurse and she said there is nothing she can do since you were scheduled at 8. I'm furious now- this woman has no people skills whatsoever. I ask, "Do you not trust your patients?" She then gives me her all time favorite answer, "we do, but your appointment was at 8." Forget it! I've never been so angry. All I wanted was for her to say, "It looks like we messed up when we scheduled your appointment. I'm so sorry, let me make this right." Mistakes happen, I completely understand that. I have no doubt that when I made the appointment, Amber saw "8" and said "9." We're all human. But coming in as a pregnant woman who is worried about health & well being of her baby & being treated SO poorly and as though I'm a liar, is absolutely ridiculous. Her number one job should be to provide a positive experience for every patient who walks through that door and she honestly could not care less

Dr.Rosenbloom is a great pediatrician. His bedside manner, expertise, and his communication with patients is top notch. I highly recommend going to this clinic to see him specifically. He was extremely tender with our newborn and as parents we felt heard and a part of everything he did. We knew exactly what his methodology was before he had any contact with our child. He made sure all of our questions were answered before doing anything as well. He spent a ton of time with us and didn't simply scoot us out to see his next patient. Highly recommended!
