I am giving this 4 stars because the only bad experience I had with my visit today was I waited like 2 hours in the waiting room. However from the front desk staff, nurse Melissa and Dr.Perrys care was phenomenal! Ms Melissa and Dr Perry was very kind and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. All the buses complimented me on my Janis Joplin piece on the back of my leg as well! Once the visit was over we went to our car and our battery was dead, so the front desk ladies but our jump box on a charger and we were able to leave after a few minutes. Very enjoyable visit. Thank you vumc staff ❤️
I used this clinic a few times for various fevers, rashes etc. I was very satisfied. However yesterday I felt scammed. I went to this location for a suspected broken ankle, was in the clinic for almost 3 hours and was told my ankle was maybe/ probably broken by the Nurse Practioner. But the x ray I took wouldnt be available until the next day. I was given a pain relief, crutches and ortho refferal. Its been 24 hours and still no update. I called vandy ortho and was given an appointment for April 8th!!! I ended up going to Sport Ortho Walk in clinic. Was diagnosed with a fracture, given a boot, and given a follow up apt in two weeks. I have had a very good experiences every time I've used this clinic. This am i went for a lab draw only visit. The receptionist was polite, friendly and we had a laugh over something we were chit-chattting about. I waited only 10 minutes in the reception area before I was brought back to the exam room. The lab tech was friendly & efficient.
The clinic is very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use this Walk-In clinic for acute visits. Convenient location.
