Disgraceful to operate a mental health service with this level of incompetence. Impressively awful how poorly ran the prescription refill process is. I consistently run into issues with medications not being refilled in time and being sent to the wrong pharmacy. Careless staff creates a poor experience for their patients and phone receptionists who have to correct errors.
Can’t imagine how many people have health crises caused by these issues….

absolutely disgusting how this place is run i came in with abdominal pain manic thinking was pregnant, my needs and wants were not met at the slightest, the nurses were sweet for the most part but clearly they don’t get paid enough to care bc there would be screaming and no even lifts their head no one has looked at my stomach for the entire six days i was there just a doctor to see me and prescribe us more drugs that have a whole day of side effects so yeah no will never come to vanderbilt health ever as a patient i’d love to fix things there but clearly everyone there thought the system was doing enough when it wasn’t enough close to reaching a healthy standard...read full review

Appointments run smoothly and on-time. Office staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. Everyone is compassionate and actually listens to my concerns. They form a partnership with the client to provide excellent care. Your mental & emotional health are worth it!
