Highly recommend Urban Sweat! Stephanie helped me choose the perfect membership option for my busy schedule. She & all of the staff have been amazing and have made sure that I always enjoy my overall experience when I go in to use the sauna pod.
My sister and I have been coming here for our red light therapy sessions for the past two months. These sessions have significantly helped reduce inflammation and cellulite on our thighs. The staff is also amazing and is always happy to answer any questions we have. We highly recommend to everyone.
This morning was my first time at Urban Sweat and I absolutely loved it! I did the infrared sauna pod, the red light therapy, and the cold plunge and felt so amazing after! I have never done something with this type of concept but it was the coolest thing! Sarah and Kristen were the best and so helpful and the entire studio was so clean and comfortable! I will definitely be going back!
