I don’t normally do this, but I had such a great experience that I felt like a shout-out is deserved. I had a goal in mind, and I needed help because I’m a deer in headlights when it comes to makeup. I found a couple of people and explained what I needed. Sadly, I didn’t get both of there names but there was Kobe and the other person had long blonde hair. They were perfect! They collaborated together to help me figure out my no-makeup makeup look for a photo shoot. Coming from Antioch you don’t get much welcoming as you do when you go to this ultra. Everyone was so welcoming and so kind. I have made a new friend and that was the manager which her name is Ms.Lc. I love her she was very very sweet. She explained and showed me everything I asked her . She definitely deserves every good thing because that was the best customer service ever . I can’t wait to come back and see her . Keep up the good work ??.
