Great service! Robbie came out to do seasonal checkup on our home HVAC as well as a ductless unit we have in our out building. He worked quickly and efficiently but also took the time to explain some things to me and answer questions about the units. I inquired about dehumidification in the summer, and he reached out to the company to get John out the very next day to discuss dehumidification systems with me. John took the time to explore options with me for dehumidification and provided a good understanding of what was possible with our ductless unit. 5 stars all the way to both of them!
I hired Pioneer Home Services to install a ductless mini split ac unit. The customer service was incredible! They were fantastic, especially Dave Garrett. We have a loft area that was suffocating in the summer. I investigated my options and met with a bunch of companies. Pioneer was the only one that I felt was trying to help me solve the problem and not sell me a massively expensive new system or talk down to me like I was stupid.
Dave explained my options, offered what he thought was the best one and gave me three quotes. When I had additional questions about the electrical, he was happy to explain everything.

Wes, Willy and Quinten expertly installed a new water heater for us and fixed a leaky tub faucet in a short amount of time and they were all very professional while doing so! They did everything they could to make sure the job was done correctly and cleaned up after they were done. They were able to easily answer all my questions and clearly know their stuff.
These guys are all rock stars and I’d give them more stars if possible! Thank you!!
