My thermostat went out and American Heating and Cooling sent a technician out to fix it. Colby Henley and two of his coworkers showed up. These young men were the most kind and respectful young men. They are very knowledgeable in heating and cooling systems and they instantly went to work upon arrival. The issue was quickly recognized and resolved. I wish I could rate them higher because they did a great job and were very professional. Prior to leaving, Colby let me know what the issues were and he also suggested other maintenance services that I will be looking into to ensure our heating/cooling units stay functional.Thank you guys for your excellent service!!!!! Creek (Charles) came to our new home on Saturday to fix a brand new system. He troubleshooted until he found the reason the heat was on instead of the cooling, ultimately rewiring the thermostat to bypass a faulty wire. He was professional, kind, clean, and stayed at the house until we could meet him. What an asset to this company!!Services: HVAC system repair
