Phil has assembled a great team. Everyone I worked with (as an owner liason/PM) to construct our buildings was always helpful and understanding of the process. Their subs are hand picked for not only the best price, but also for the quality, timing, and most importantly their capabilities. Open book policies and state of the art bidding process. All around enjoy working with the Canseco team! Highly recommend them for your medium to large construction projects.
