I have been seeing Tara for several years due to pain from my scoliosis. It’s hard to put into words how incredible Tara is at alleviating pain. I swear sometimes she has x-ray vision and can see the problem! She is an expert in so many modalities and uses all of them to fix the source of pain. You won’t regret seeing her!

Tara know everything about the body and what is and is not functioning. She works with you to ensure you are doing proper mechanics in your workouts and then works the body accordingly. Highly recommend her expertise. She is also adding to her repertoire through classes and training.
