Absolutely pathetic service from the local branch in Nashville. I needed a dusting done for Brown Recluses done on the 26th and when the tech came out, they said that they had no idea they were supposed to dust. I sent the manager "Steve" texts he left on read. He did, however, answer the tech's call. During that time, I called customer service b/c I had to take off of work to even HAVE the appointment. So, I am losing money and resources for a service that I did not receive. I rescheduled a dusting for the 31st and the tech got off the phone with the manager. I got a quote for wasp extermination. The guy left his ladder in my house. I had to make time to give it back to him the next day. Terminix requires that you pay at that time of the quote, before the actual service is even scheduled. They then scheduled the service for me, without even asking if that date works with my schedule. They schedulednit for Friday. The tech that they sent was out of the materials to do the treatment. The spray can was empty. I called customer service and they rescheduled someone to come back on Saturday, and they did not show up. I took two half days off from work, which were completely wasted. Terminex charged my elderly mother $6200 (...a ridiculous amount) to put down a vapor barrier under a1300 square foot house. They only installed the portion of the house you could see from the access door leaving over two thirds untouched. I've called and called and have been given lip service each and every time. If you like being ripped off and lied to then give Terminex a call.
