This company saved the day for me! And possibly a lot of money.
Justin showed me places on my roof that I had no idea were damaged by a storm.
He helped me with my insurance and all the scary stuff that was honestly giving me a panic attack.
I didn't know my rates won't go up because TN considers this an act of God.
Super glad Angel stopped by to check on me after the storm.
Will recommend this company to anyone that I know that needs a roof, gutters or siding.

I have had 4 contacts. No one followed up. Started in March 2025. Finally roof was done on June 23, 2025. It was curling around the edges. They said it would relax in a couple of days. Since June I have tried to get the roof repaired. Eric needs to stand behind his word. Said the roof wasn’t under warranty until he got the final payment. After being paid, said he would come Friday 2 weeks ago. Didn’t show. Didn’t come last week. Hasn’t returned calls. The worst customer service and taking advantage of seniors! So dishonest. I have been trying to get this corrected since June 23, 2025, the day it was installed. Maybe I will call a TV reporter to warn others not to believe a word from this company.

When those guys sales people knock in your door trying to earn your business please shut off your door in their face.
Here’s what happened
On march 2025 they came to my house saying that my roof needs to be replaced and they will work with my insurance company to get it approved and get it all done without me worrying about anything.
We started the process and everything was struggling since the beginning always hard to reach any one from that team . First insurance denied it because they weren’t using proper tool to do repairs test and they damaged those shingles and off course my HOA fines me twice about it, I tried over and over with them to do something about but they didn’t,
I fought by myself with insurance company to send another adjuster out and finally I got it approved to full replacement on end of September . I was told they will build up my roof very quickly because of all of that wait time but instead of doing so it took them a month to send someone out to pick up which shingles we want and after that I was told my material will be delivered to my house on November 12 but it hadn’t arrived. I called they said it was a delay because it is special order so my build up date will be on November 19 instead . decided to wait but guess what they didn’t show up , so I called for them to lie again saying that they waiting for permit and they will get it done on December first. Guess what it is December 4 and I am still waiting.
Mathew, angel, Eric,Ramsey they are all liars don’t believe them and never give these people your project I want to mention that it is the first time for me to give a bad review to anyone

2 1/2 years ago, southern roofing and reservations did my roof after the recent rains and the sprain it appeared there was a leak. After trying for three weeks to get someone to come take a look at it they finally did only to inform me that my warranty was only for two years subsequently I tried to get a quote from them after calling back no less than 10 times speaking with management no one to this day has returned my calls and giving me a quote to fix a problem that seems to be a defect in the way that they installed the roof is my opinion that they don’t want to do repair because it will become a parenting the error that they made installing the roof as a result of poor business policies and poor follow up I highly recommend not ever using southern roofing and renovations.

This company had a sales rep solicit our neighborhood. After he rang the doorbell we answered and told him we were on the no solicitation list. He then told us he “wasn’t soliciting” because he “wasn’t selling anything and just offering free inspections.” The sales rep proceeded to trash the state of our roof. Two thumbs down to this sales rep and this company.

Don’t use this company if you ever think you might need to repair. They won’t even answer the phone, despite having referred other customers. Never again. Unfortunately you invalidate your warranty if you use another company but I have no choice.

Had southern roofing replace roof. Actually roof looks fine. There were multiple roofing nails in driveway and when I brought it to the supervisors attention he simply said we removed thousands of nails, you can’t expect us to get them all. My neighbor actually had one of the moisture barrier nails in his yard that went through his shoe-luckily did not puncture foot. Worst part-i am owed money back from final payment and it has been over 4 months and still have not received the money back from them for interior repairs and can get no one to answer calls or you emails. Plenty of roofing companies out there-i would use one of them instead.

Southern Roofing and Renovations was contracted to replace roof and gutters (Feb 2025). Quickly and effectively replaced the roof. Received insurance payment for both roof and gutters. Cannot get the company to replace the gutters (for which they have already been paid). Will not return my calls, or return the payment for the gutters.

I’m not sure why, but I was very nervous about getting my roof job done. Southern Roofing made this process easy for me and I love my new roof!

Couldn't be happier with my service from John at Southern Roofing. He came out last minute, immediately determined the problem and didn't try to upsell me on a brand new roof when a simple repair was needed. When it's time to replace the whole thing I will definitely be calling them back to do the replacement!
