Snug Air is FANTASTIC! Customer service is top notch! My unit was serviced by Daniel, and he is amazing! He is thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, and explains everything very well to where even I could understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. Snug Air is now my go-to company for all things regarding heating and cooling! I have no intention of calling those other guys 😊 again! Thank you Snug Air and Daniel!!! My home and I appreciate you! I scheduled an A/C service with another company that canceled at the last minute, so I looked up Snug Air Heating & Cooling and I’m glad I did. The customer service was outstanding from the very first phone call. The young lady who answered was friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. She was able to schedule a technician within an hour which was a huge relief.
Daniel, the owner, personally came out and worked on my unit. He was extremely professional and thorough, taking the time to explain the issue in detail. Daniel went above and beyond and came when I needed them the most. I’m currently selling my house in Murfreesboro and he did everything he could to help me close the deal! He also does a lot of work for my mom‘s restaurant so I vouch for him
