First this is not the first time this has happened, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Appointment was at 8:40 am and guess what we're still sitting here waiting to be seen by the hygienist. There was a person with an 8:30 appointment who arrived late, but still got pushed in front of my son's appointment and we got here 10 minutes before our appointment time. Now another patient who came in after us is now back there. I am so upset at the blatant disregard for my time considering I told them when we first arrived that I had to go to work and my son has to go to school. Very unprofessional. When it snowed she didn’t let us know that she wasn’t gone be here. We took off work and school just to see no one was here. Took them two weeks to call us and let us make another appointment. Today 12/3/25 our appointment started at 8:40. She didn’t get here until after 9:30 to start on my kids mouth. Here it is 2:11 and she still working on their mouth.She sent one of my boys out at 1:00 I asked where was his brother he told me they already got him and sent him back. I had an appointment at 10:30, reminds me of why I left the first time. Waited an hr, before I even asked how much longer did I have to wait, and I was informed that she was still with her 8:30 patient. Now I understand emergencies, but an update would be nice. I personally don't know it takes so long, but giving the fact, that I they don't book appointments is the main issue. I'm pretty sure, she knows how long her services are, before she is completed.
Bad SERVICE, we have to better as a whole. Then you wonder why we go elsewhere. On top off it my child hadn't not ate since 9pm last night is the main reason why I left.
