You know when you walk into a studio and immediately feel at home? That’s this place. I love their teachers, community, and the values they share. Completely reasonable pricing for studio classes compared to most boutique studios around Nashville, and it’s going to a great cause! Take any class with Karen and you won’t be disappointed. 🫶

This studio and its instructors are warm and helpful guides. I can’t recommend this spot enough! (Particularly Moses’s 10:30am Saturday class for a challenging and deeply beautiful flow)!

I went with friends and we had a great time at the Yogi Beats class! The music was really fun, which I really enjoyed as someone who can get bored with typical yoga. The class was a combination of stretching, a good workout, and a little dancing. Overall, a great time!
