my first ever acupuncture experience was out of this world good! I went in with an open mind (not always easy for me) but it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Going again this Thursday. But I had two naps, and each one was like falling into a black void but in the best way I can imagine. And walking out of the place to the car was WAY easier than walking in. Placebo or not I’m a proponent. Looking forward to my next treatment later this week.

Dr. Joseph Cho is the real deal! I’ve seen several acupuncturists over the years, and the folks at Seven Directions are truly a cut above the rest. I saw Dr. Cho for the first time yesterday and was so impressed.
He is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and honestly, I think his hands have x-ray vision. He gave me a very thoughtful evaluation, listened carefully, and addressed some specific issues from past injuries with such skill and precision. I left feeling like I was standing an inch taller!

My first time with acupuncture. Cody was kind, patient, compassionate and helpful with answering my questions and easing my anxiety about this procedure. Highly recommend. I feel much better after my first visit. Looking forward to my next session and I’m hoping for an optimal recovery.
