Amazing customer service and an incredible job overall! I got acrylic nails, and I absolutely love how they turned out. I honestly came in expecting not to enjoy my visit because of past experiences at other salons, but I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and welcoming everyone was. This place completely changed my expectations!
We came here for the first time and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is nice and clean. The staff was so friendly. Trish was the best! She engaged in conversation and made me laugh! She catered to whatever was asked of her. I definitely recommend Serenity!
I’ve been going to this nail salon for years now and Lee is seriously the best. I usually get dip (sometimes with tips) and my nails always come out exactly how I want them: clean shape, smooth finish, super glossy, and they actually last.
He’s also really fast, but not in a rushed way. Just efficient and knows what he’s doing. I’m never sitting there forever, and the quality is still on point every time.
The salon is clean and professional, and I’ve honestly only had great experiences here. If you’re booking, ask for Lee. You won’t regret it.
