Duckie did an amazing job on my hair! She really took time to listen to my needs and I felt so pampered from start to finish. Her attention to detail and skill were above and beyond. I felt so pampered and cared for as a mom of two with very little time for myself. Such a treat! My hair has so much volume and feels healthy and easy to style. Thank you!

Had been going to scouts for almost 5 years; at least 12 cuts between this and the wedgewood location. Always a fine experience, but one constant is that no matter how early you arrive, no matter who cuts your hair, no matter the location; the barber will ALWAYS be 10 minutes or more late getting your appt started. The one day I get stuck in traffic and run about 8 minutes late, I called to make sure they were updated and they said due to this, they have to cancel with no re-schedule window and charged me a $28 cancellation fee. Last time I ever book a scouts appt.

Clean, comfortable environment. Super easy to book an appointment. Got a cut before flying back home and it was well worth it. Bailey did a great job. Highly recommend

My son and I have been coming to Asia for haircuts for many years, and we've always had positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, our recent interaction with the receptionist on May 29 around 4:00 PM was very disappointing.
My wife called because we were having trouble booking an appointment online and needed assistance. Rather than helping, the receptionist was dismissive, told us to book online, and ended the call. When my wife called back, she was upset by how the conversation had been handled. I later spoke with the receptionist myself, and instead of addressing the concern, she stated that she didn't care, denied being rude, and remarked that she was glad she wouldn't be working the following day when our appointment was scheduled.
What made the situation even more concerning was that when I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it, saying she felt uncomfortable.
This experience was completely out of line with the excellent customer service we've come to expect from the shop. Everyone else has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. I'm sharing this feedback because I believe this interaction does not reflect the standards of the business, and I plan to bring it to Asia's attention directly as well.

Care has been my go to for a while now. They are great with mullets and fades, and I always leave pleased. Extremely LGBTQ+ affirming and a safe place.

So thankful for Scout’s East. I’ve taken both my boys for haircuts at Scout’s for years and they’ve always been wonderful, but most recently had a different need. My mom started chemo and her hair was falling out and super patchy so we went to have them shave the rest. Their whole staff was so compassionate, especially Riley who did her hair. She was so comforting and understanding and brought so much light to us on a super difficult day. Support your local barbers ❤❤

i usually see xarah and she is a wonderfully talented stylist, i love her! today she was out sick and i was already en route when i recieved the reschedule text (i missed it because i drive far), but asia was so nice and fit me in to her schedule, and she did a lovely job on my hair. highly recommend both stylists :) thanks y'all!! <3
