Sanctuary for Yoga in the best yoga studio in Nashville. The teachers, led by Daphne the owner, are knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and care about the students. There are classes for all levels and they excel at creating a community where you are seen and valued. My experience was so positive I decided I wanted to know more about yoga and deepen my understanding that signed up for Teacher Training 200hr with Daphne and Page. The experience was phenomenal and life changing.
This studio is one of the best I’ve been to. The community and the teachers are so wonderful. If you want to feel wrapped in a cocoon of yoga goodness, this is the place to be.
