The presentation was very impressive on how the windows keep out so much heat or cold and how they are constructed. I don't have my windows installed yet so I can't comment on that.

The quality of the materials the professionalism of the staff was exceptional. Chad Robinson was great showed up when he said he would which these days is a big plus. He did his measurements and helped with any questions I had. It really was a joy to work with such a knowledgeable and respectful person thank you Chad for making it easy for me.

All I can say is WOW! From Liam, who first came to the door to Christine and Bleu who taught us everything we didn't know about windows and doors and last but not least the man that took the measurements late in the evening by facetiming. They asked all the right questions and answered all ours with knowledge and humor. They helped us choose what we wanted and didn't try to sale us on anything more. We can't wait for the install.
