Monika at this front desk of the spa was AMAZING! Eric for a deep tissue was also amazing!

Sharon was great. She made fantastic recommendations and gave me fantastic service. I got the Hydra facial per her recommendation and my skin feels brand new!

I enjoyed my spa experience everyone was really welcoming and professional. I got a 50 minute deep tissue with hot stones add on. I’m someone who gets massages regularly and I love to frequent spas. I also was a licensed massage therapist myself for 8 years. So i’m going to explain my reasoning for the 3 stars. While my massage was good it wasn’t great so it was not worth the $200 in my opinion. For that price your massage should be great and nothing should be left out. My therapist Eric did hit all my spots except my feet which were very important to me and I had mentioned to do. They barely touched them then washed their hands immediately after which I found kind of rude. I would have quietly used sanitizer instead as a therapist. Other than that the therapist checked in with me, used the pressure I wanted, was prompt and polite. I stayed after and used the steam sauna ( use the eucalyptus spray) and the hair station to straighten my hair which was great. The showers were clean and relaxing as well. When I checked out they put about 5 items on the desk they said were recommended by the therapist , which I declined. It seemed kind of pushy to offer me products I didn’t discuss with the therapist at all. Another reason for the 3 star review. There was also a included $45 tip which I tip good anyway usually $30-$60 based on service but I don’t agree with automatically including it for a basic massage. It was a treat to myself but I wouldn’t spend this amount again unless the spa was larger and more luxurious with better amenities to enjoy.

Nice spa and the facial was awesome but the staff was constantly trying to up sale me. Definitely did not feel like a 4 star resort. The massage was ok but the prices are so high that I expected more.

The spa itself is also excellent. Even if you’re just visiting, it’s worth stopping by. There’s complimentary access to the sauna and eucalyptus room, which smells phenomenal. Access is free for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above members, and discounted for a significant other traveling with you ( $45 down from $65). If you book a service like a massage or other spa treatment, access is included as well. Joe is a great employee. I observed him several times in the lobby always answering questions, taking phone calls, and helping guests with a friendly and professional attitude. He works hard, looks at situations from different angles, and I would absolutely hire someone like him. It’s a very relaxing place.

Worst spa experience EVER!!! Me and my husband had a romantic weekend get away planned at Opryland Hotel which included a nice couple's massage. 2 hours before our appointment time, which was 5pm, they call and tell us they had to move our apartment to 11am the next day (Check-out time). We scrambled to make it to our appointment. Then we were spent to different locker rooms to change. When I came out of my locker room I was met by a woman who told me my husband had already been taken to HIS massage and she was gonna take me to MINE!! Confused, I said NO!!! This is a couple's massage. She informed me it wasnt a couple's massage anymore since they had to change it. So I went to my massage and she asked if I had any pain. I told her yes, my back has been hurting really bad. So why she placed me flat on my back with no pillow or anything I dont know but my back began hurting so bad I had to end the massage early. Then I find out the gave my husband a female masseuse... not that I dont trust my husband but who wants their husband getting a full body massage by some strange woman WHEN YOU'RE NOT IN THE ROOM?!?!?! Especially when u were supposed to be. So I left in more pain than before I went in, extremely pissed off and my husband left a good chunk of money lighter. OH!!! And she messed up my lashes!!!

This is a really small spa for such a massive resort HOWEVER it was such a nice experience. Very calming, the staff were so helpful and seem to genuinely want to assist you, super clean for such a tiny spa and two relaxation rooms one well let for reading and one dimly lit for resting. All the products are exceptional and top notch. I was underwhelmed by it size but extremely impressed by the end of it.

I had an amazing experience at the Relâche Spa. Tamra was my therapist, and she was incredible. She worked out so many knots and truly knew what she was doing.
The little details made the experience extra special: the hand scrub and lotion, the relaxation room with enhanced water and light snacks, and access to the sauna and steam room were all fantastic. I also loved being able to shower afterward and use the hair drying station, it made me feel completely clean, refreshed, and ready to enjoy the rest of my day.
The staff was professional, thorough, and took the time to review everything, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend arriving early so you can fully enjoy the relaxation room. I will absolutely be back!

Had a facial this morning at Relache spa. The entire experience was so disappointing. Drove all the way from Clarksville because this spa seemed really promising. After you get into your robe you’re asked to wait in the relaxation room. I’m not sure what’s relaxing about hearing couples chat the entire time and hearing someone open mouth chew on peanuts and pretzels. The snacks in the relax room really need to be removed…
My 50 minute face facial was the most intense facial I’ve ever received. They don’t dim the lights. The esthetician moved 1000 miles an hour. Knocking things over, roughly drying my face off with bath towels…. My jaw was so sore & my cheeks were throbbing after the service - I actually called the spa director to give her feedback about the experience while I was driving home. I was really looking forward to today as I’m in a high stress job & 5 weeks from my wedding. This was nothing even close to relaxing.
I definitely appreciate the director hearing me out. But I spent well over $200(you’re required to tip 20%- you don’t have an option and it’s automatically added on to the bill at the end) on one service. I kindly told her I was visiting from out of state and wouldn’t have the opportunity to come back. She said she could give me $50 off my next service…. I can’t tell you the next time I’d be in Tennessee. Ideally she would’ve refunded me some of the service. I feel like I wasted so much $ today.
