He talked through the service, the process, what to expect and the aftercare. He arrived on time and was excellent. I couldn't ask for more kind and better service. This is my second time having ProCare clean my carpets and area rugs. They do a great job and I feel the price is very fair. I’ve had Alex and Brian both times and they are professional, prompt and very thorough!!! Also, nice to chat with! I highly recommend this company!!!!
