I am so impressed. We left a message at Pop-a-lock for an issue with our car. While waiting for a callback we called two other places. We described the problem; both of them said we needed a mechanic.
Then Pop-a-lock called back. The locksmith (Brian) knew by our description what the problem was and talked us through how to fix it. It's fixed now at no charge, without him even seeing it.
Obviously this is who we're calling if we ever need to again, and who we're recommending to everyone.
I used Pop-a-Lock through my car insurance provider. Bill was super quick, communicative and got my car jumped no problem. He also, without promoting, let me know my alternative was good and what the root problem was. I 10/10 reccomend; thank you Bill for helping me get to where I needed today!
Thankfully my car was unlocked but I lost my key and key fob. He was here within the hour he gave me 2 keys and a fob for a great deal!!!! Highly recommend. They use professional equipment to make perfect keys
