“I was at the vet today with my dog, who was admittedly being very difficult and resistant. Despite that, Dr. Thomas and the entire staff were outstanding. They went beyond just being clinically professional — they were genuinely kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit.

Even with our dog being scratchy and volatile, everyone remained calm, reassuring, and supportive. As an owner, that made a huge difference. I never felt judged or rushed; instead, I felt like they truly understood the situation and cared about both my dog’s well-being and my comfort as an owner.

Dr. Thomas took the time to talk through a thoughtful plan to help Winnie feel more comfortable in the office going forward, which I really appreciated. It was clear this wasn’t just about getting through the appointment, but about building a better experience for future visits.

Being a tech, I pretty much knew what was going on with her and they were amazing the way they worked with me with her diagnostics and care. I love the midday photo posting to the private Facebook group that lets me see how my dog is doing. She’s well worn out when I pick her up and there are always plenty of dogs for her to play with. “We adopted an Aussie pup, we knew going in that Blu would be a high energy dog and we were okay with that. We could handle her! Well, to our surprise on day one we realized that would be a big task. She would not listen, ate remotes, furniture, prescription glasses, cabinets, trash you name it she ate it. Was with sadness that we considering returning her, as it was just too much.
Then our sign came, we were out to dinner and on a truck, in the parking lot there was Alpha k9 Training. I ran out and stopped them, they probably thought I was crazy. But I needed to talk to them about Blu, and they were absolutely wonderful, and I could tell they loved what they do in training dogs, well by that Sunday Blu was in training for a month. I cannot express into words the changes they were able to do with her, they also trained us in how to continue what they taught Blu. She is a completely different dog, well behaved, listens to commands, doesn't eat what she should not. It was a prayer answered. We highly recommend Randy and Lauren if your dog needs training!“

They did a terrific job from scheduling, to working with us to understand and get a picture of what we wanted for Jesse - not an exact Bichon cut, to timely completion of the groom, and, most importantly, grooming him exactly as we asked for.
